Created the regional Business Continuity Plan for dealing with Covid; taking into consideration the different regulations in place across different European countries.

 

The UK Government lead for the Asia & South-East Asian region, responsible for implementing a newly designed bespoke & complex software solution for staff, two weeks ahead of schedule, saving 4% of the budget.

 

Credited with leading a team of 14 UK Government staff, responsible for the most successful roll-out to date by a UK Government project team overseas; going live on schedule and increasing the rate of productivity within region, 15% during the quarter after the roll-out, compared with global average.​

 

Led an overseas regional technical project, responsible for creating a secure tier for the Government overseas, allowing staff to work securely off-site. Implemented a new secure remote access virtual private network; delivered a week ahead of schedule & on budget.

Integrity Security & Compliance

Security / Compliance and Assurance team member responsible for ensuring that all Government Officers in The Netherlands are strictly compliant with all Government Operating Mandates, Security Operating Procedures etc.

Deputy Manager responsible for the compliance and assurance of locally engaged/UK Based staff to procedures.
