Consultancy Expansion
As my business grew, I separated the branding/marketing side of the business into Umbrella Consulting. I created Umbrella Consulting to become the one-stop shop for entrepreneurial start-ups in London and Europe. I took the same ethos when setting up Home Inventories to assist in the Real Estate Industry.

Facilities Management

Customer Service
Recognising that there was no consistency across the rental sector for the FM providers to estate agencies, leading to an inefficient service, was one of the motivating factors to set up the business 'Home Inventories'.

I specialised in working in the facilities management sector alongside small local estate agents to provide assurance for landlords with the compliance of a tenant with the tenancy agreement.

Specialised in carrying out March In / March Out (MIMO) compliance reports on behalf of estate agents.
